Single Origin Brewing Recipe (1:15 ratio):

Recommended brewing temperature: 90°C.

1st pour: add 20g water and wait until 30 seconds

2nd pour: add until 80g, wait until 1min

3rd pour: until 120g, take off drip bag by 1min 30seconds

Add 30g water straight into coffee, stir well and enjoy.

Blend Brewing Recipe (1:8 ratio):

Recommended brewing temperature: 88°C.

1st pour: add 20g water and wait until 30 seconds

2nd pour: add until 40g, wait until 1min

3rd pour: until 80g, take off drip bag by 1min 30seconds

Add a splash of milk into coffee, stir well and enjoy.
