At 1400 masl our Pacamara grows under a thick shadow allowing us top play en develop our beans, the coffee had a process of Naked Fermentation with yeast and then sun-dried for 25 days in raised beds.
Santos Café is a farm located in Santa Clara, Renacimiento own by the Lezcano Family witch has to produced coffee since 1947, but not until 6 years ago entering the specialty coffee world.
We produce: Pacamara, Geisha, Caturra & Yellow Bourbon at La Mimada, and blend of caturra & Catuai in other plots. Pursuing sweetness through shadow plantation and ripped havert. 2021 has been a year of change, where we exploited the potential of our crop by innovation and playfulness bringing the best of it.
