Often has tart, yet sweet flavour similar to apple cider or tamarind. Cascara contains natural sugar, caffeine, antioxidants and vitamins.

Brewing Guide

Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 35g of dried cherries. Steep for 10 minutes. The infusion should have a light amber colour. You can consume it as is, lightly sweetened or flavoured with a cinnamon stick or a couple of cloves.
