This coffee was produced by Triyono at Jaya Tani Farm located in Jambi, Sumatra at the altitude of 1500m. This region is well known for amazing coffee by the rich soils and lush landscape.
Variety of this coffee consists of Sigararutang 40%, S-795 50%, Andungsari 10% giving the complexity and deep sweetness. 8 days of anaerobic fermentation brings winey boozy notes but still with clean finish.
Great coffee for both espresso and filter.
