At 1400 masl our Pacamara grows under a thick shadow allowing us to play and develop our beans, the coffee had a process of Naked Fermentation with yeast and then sun-dried for 25 days in raised beds.
Santos Café is a farm located in Santa Clara, Renacimiento owned by the Lezcano Family which has produced coffee since 1947, but not until 6 years ago entered the specialty coffee world.
We produce Pacamara, Geisha, Caturra & Yellow Bourbon at La Mimada, and the blend of Caturra & Catuai in other plots. Pursuing sweetness through shadow plantation and ripped havert. 2021 has been a year of change, where we exploited the potential of our crop through innovation and playfulness bringing the best of it.
