Domestic Shipping:

The shipping cost is depends on the shipping address. It will calculate by the weight and volume of goods. The total shipping cost will display on checkout page. Our courier partner is Fastway  and Courier Post. 

 

International Shipping:

The shipping cost is depends on the shipping address. It will calculate by the weight and volume of goods. The total shipping cost will display on checkout page. Our courier partner is DHL Express. 

 

For Our Team To Process Your Order Fast:

– Provide a work address for faster delivery.

– A business or building name is needed if not a residential address.

– Provide your phone number so we or the courier can contact you easily.

– Provide authority for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe spot to prevent card-to-calls.

– NO PO Box address. 

– Use NZ Post address checker to check your address if you unsure is correct. 

 

Where Our Stock Kept?

All our products are in stock in Auckland, New Zealand warehouse.

However, this excludes ‘Pre-orders’ and/or “Backorder” products that are showing as ‘Out of Stock’ If you are after a product that is showing as ‘Out of Stock’ please feel free to contact us for an ETA on when this product will be back to stock again.

 

How Long Do You Expect Delivered?

We endeavour to ship daily, Monday – Friday and our orders are shipped the following business day. Our courier company delivers every day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For most of in stock orders placed before 2pm, we expect send it out at the same day.

 

Delivery Timeframes:

– Major cities: 1-2 business days.

– North Island and towns: 2-3 business days.

– South Island and towns: 2-3 business days.

– Rural delivery add additional 1-3 business days.

 

Tracking Information: 

All of our online orders are trackable and you will receive (check your spam folder if you cannot find it) an automated email with a tracking number once the package is ready for distribution from our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand. We recommend keeping an eye on this tracking and contacting the courier company in the event of any delays.

 

Liability:

Coffee Tech Limited will endeavour to assist in resolving any issues in the event that raised. Coffee Tech Limited cannot be held responsible for issues outside of its control such as delays in delivery, damage during freight or incorrect addresses. Coffee Tech Limited uses a third party courier company (in this case Fastway, Courier Post, and DHL) to ship and deliver orders on behalf of our customers. Additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses and redirections will be on charged to the customer.

 

Damages and Loss:

 In the rear event that a parcel is lost or damaged, Coffee Tech Limited will work with the third party Courier company (Fastway, Courier Post, and DHL) and customer to resolve. Resolutions include but are not limited to replacement, repair or refund at Coffee Tech Limited’s discretion. Coffee Tech Limited cannot take responsibility for damage or loss due to actions of the customer such as providing an incorrect address, authority to leave or other actions outside of Coffee Tech Limited’s control.
